This project incorporated the use of striking cedar cladding, grey rendered facades, white windows and new white fascias to create a modern appearance with eye catching wow factor. Finished off with an oak frame open porch canopy with lower level brick piers, the entrance way compliments the cladding, further enhancing the kerb appeal of the property. The single storey rear extension stretches across the full width of the house to create an open plan kitchen / dining and living area, while a feature apex glazed element adds a smart aesthetic when looking back at the property from the garden.
