Industrial Storage Units

This commercial project involved demolishing existing structures ready to create custom built industrial units better suited to the client’s needs. The brief was to create 3 self-contained industrial storage units each requiring an open plan layout, its own WC to the rear, a vehicle door and separate personnel door. All three units were to fit within a single steel framed building. The use of high level cladding and a masonry construction base not only provide these units with security but add a smart, contemporary aesthetic to the premises.
