On this project the client wanted to create improved kerb appeal for the property and greater connectivity to the rear garden. Render and black windows with stone cills and heads create a striking contrast and upgrade to the façade. The existing roof above the existing 2 storey extension was redone using pitched construction. A single storey rear infill extension was created to form a utility room leading into a mud room. Meanwhile the single storey side extension allowed for the creation of an open plan kitchen, dining and family area. The use of bifolding doors leading out onto the back garden provided the new space with ample light. Finally, the existing garage conversion was divided into an office and WC.
