Single Storey Extension

Creating an extension that met the client’s needs while coordinating with the existing house aesthetic, this modern single storey rear extension incorporated two wings separated by the existing garden steps to form a U-shaped extension. The design allowed for the creation of a gym with wet room, laundry room and a large living/relaxation room. The use of triple glazing to allow light, views and thermal performance were added along with Sedum and wildflower roof to add green credentials and improve views from the first floor windows.
