The rear of this project involved the demolition of a small conservatory to create a single storey rear extension to accommodate an open plan kitchen /dining and living area with log burner and bifolding doors. Extensive internal remodelling also included the creation of a separate snug, office, utility room, WC and new ensuites to the 2 ground floor bedrooms. The Hallway
incorporated a new staircase with lightwell up to a newly formed attic Master bedroom and walk in wardrobe with large ensuite including free standing bath in the master bedroom. External remodelling included Apex glazing and Full length glass to the front windows / large bay window, to add kerb appeal.
